Using this site
These pages describe our Shopify services. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice for your own business. If a page and a written scope disagree, the written scope for that project wins.
Do not misuse the site, scrape it, or try to break it. Content on the site is ours unless we say otherwise. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc.
Our services
We offer Standard Shopify setups and rebuilds at a fixed £5,000 with written caps, and Custom work quoted for named scope. Platform migrations, integrations, supplier feeds and custom apps sit outside Standard and are quoted in writing.
What is in and out of Standard, the add-on prices, and the process are on Services and Pricing and Process. We only take work we can put in writing.
Prices
The number next to Standard and each fixed add-on is the number you pay for that piece of work, unless a written scope says otherwise. Custom work is priced by written estimate for the named scope. Prices include VAT.
Anything over the published caps is a conversation and a written change order, not a surprise invoice.
Written scope
A project starts with a scope call, then a written scope: what is in, what is out, the price, and the timeline. We do not start build work until that is agreed.
That writing, together with these terms, is the contract for the work. If you need a change after we start, we write it down before we do it.
What you provide
You give Shopify access, brand files, product data, policy details, and a theme licence where a paid Theme Store theme is used. Missing access pauses the timeline.
The store, the theme licence and the catalogue sit on your Shopify account from the start. You keep them when the project ends.
Payment
Payment terms are set in the written scope for each project. We invoice in pounds sterling. We may pause work if an agreed invoice is overdue.
Intellectual property
You own your store, your content and your data. Theme licences belong to the Shopify account that bought them.
We keep our own methods, unused concepts, and tools. You get a licence to use the theme work we deliver on your store as part of the project.
Shopify and other platforms
We are an independent Shopify Partner, not Shopify staff. Shopify, theme vendors and apps have their own terms and uptime. We are not responsible for those platforms going down, changing a feature, or refusing an account.
Theo Analytics is a Shopify app we publish. Use of that app is also subject to Shopify’s terms and the notice on the app listing. This page does not replace that.
Liability
We take care with the work we accept. We are not liable for loss of profit, for data on systems we do not control, or for indirect loss.
Our liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. That limit does not apply where the law does not allow one, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms, and any work we do under them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Last updated 26 September 2026. A project already scoped in writing keeps the terms that applied when that scope was agreed, unless we both write down a change.
