I’m Ed, a CTO, founder and independent Shopify developer. I bring hands-on engineering and enterprise commerce experience to brands that want to build something better.

Before Fyntri, I founded Pop In A Box. I grew the business before it was acquired by THG. That experience still shapes how I think about online retail.
A store needs to look the part. It also needs to make sense for the people buying from it and the people running it. That means thinking about your catalogue, your customer journey and the work that happens after an order comes in.
Today, I’m a Chief Technology Officer. Through Fyntri, I also build stores including Geek Out and Comic Warehouse, and develop Theo Analytics, a Shopify app for sales and stock reporting.

At THG, I led commerce and marketing teams across international consumer brands. My work covered subscriptions, inventory, retention and the systems behind growing retail businesses.

I still build: Shopify stores, supplier integrations, internal tools and SaaS products. You work with someone who understands both the code and the commercial decisions around it.
