Who we are
Fyntri Ltd (company number 16473371) trades as Fyntri. We are a founder-led UK Shopify Partner. Our registered office is 8 Beck Place, Northwich, England, CW9 7QZ.
The public contact for this site is [email protected]. Use that address for privacy requests and ordinary enquiries.
What this notice covers
It covers personal data you send us from fyntri.co.uk. That is the marketing site for our Shopify setup, rebuild and migration work.
It does not cover Shopify stores we build for clients, or the customer and order data inside those stores. Those stores sit on the merchant’s Shopify account.
Theo Analytics is a Shopify app we publish. Merchant data processed by that app is described on the app listing, not by this page.
What we collect
This marketing site has no accounts, no newsletter signup, and no server-side contact database. What we receive is what you choose to send.
- When you send us an email, directly or using the draft prepared by the contact form, we receive the details you include: name, email address, store URL, deadline, the work you want, and any note.
- The contact form does not store those details on this site. It prepares a draft in your email app. We receive it only after you review it and press Send.
- Hosting logs may include an IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use those only to run and secure the site.
- We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this marketing site, and we do not embed a booking widget.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, to say whether the work looks like Standard or Custom, and to arrange a scope call. If we then take on the project, we keep what we need to do the work and to invoice.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry details to advertise to you on other sites.
Legal bases
We handle this data under UK GDPR.
- Legitimate interests: answering an enquiry about our services, and keeping the site running.
- Contract: if we agree written scope and take on the work.
- You can email [email protected] to object, to ask for a copy, or to ask us to delete an enquiry we no longer need.
Cookies
This marketing site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. A small script runs in your browser for the menu, a quiet scroll reveal, and the contact form hand-off. It does not follow you across other sites.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your details. Email travels through your email provider and ours. We may share details with a professional adviser if we must, or if the law requires it.
Shopify, theme vendors and apps we install on a client store have their own terms. Those companies only see merchant data when the merchant’s store uses them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails stay for as long as we need them to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. We then delete or archive them in the ordinary course of email. Hosting logs are kept only as long as the host needs them to run the server.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Email [email protected]. We will need enough detail to find the right messages.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
